Keep in mind that you don't want the bourbon to stand out. You're going for a blended flavor...which is another reason I don't recommend using really good bourbon for this.

Yeah I listened to the guys above and kept it at 375ml. It seems to have paid off because I really like it right where it is. Thanks!
