Yeah, and try to rack from under it.I'd taste to make sure its ok then if so bottle/keg and drink fast.

I agree the innoculate looks like pediococcus elementus dumus and dumusLooks like a brett or pediococcus infection.

Yup a infection. The quicker you drink and the colder it is the slower the process. This is a sanitation issue. That bucket is toast for normal beers.Looks like a brett or pediococcus infection.

Im one of those people. So this looks pretty tasty to me.A lot of times you see a thread like this I hope it's just yeast. Yeast has a tendency to float around and sometimes come to the surface. But this does not look like yeast. It does look like some kind of infection. I usually don't know what kind of infection because I consider them all to be bad although I know some people do this on purpose. If it tastes okay, it's possible to rack out from underneath it and try to keep from getting that white, powdery stuff into the destination vessel.
