Not what you'd think......I tried that before and it was a huge waste of goods. I'll be doing a Belg./Am. IPA for 420.

I spent half of today kegging two IPA's and starting a couple batches of hard lemonade on the yeast from those.

I didn't mean "that", I meant since it is an IPA, will it have a lot of resinous late addition hops.

Brewed 6 months ago. I basically did the Willamette Valley Golden Ale recipe from the old HBA site (just the recipe, not the ingredients). It's a beer my friends like and I like to coif too.I've got a handful of the recipes from that site, does anyone have them all? There are some good ones. I still make the Volstead pre-prohibition lager regularly.

Of course! In addition to 3 different kinds of FWH.

The equipment is being cleaned and reconfigured. I have an extract kit that has been sitting around that I will go ahead and do a full boil on. After that, I totally plan on being back into All Grain. A brew session may not happen for a couple of weeks yet. Have a Cub Scout obligation this weekend and the following weekend is an International Beer Exposition here in Cleveland that I plan on attending.

Hey Denny. The next yeast I have that I'm about to do a starter on is the Wyeast Denny's Favorite. I want to do the Community Brew this weekend, but my not be able to get the specialty grains in time. This yeast should be good in a simple IPA (maybe only 2 row, wheat, and possibly some Munich), huh? It's my first time using it. I have lots of hops and 2 row and wheat at the very least.
