I look on that number as a target for mid summer, rather than a limit :)Brewed 140+ gallons so far, so on target to "go illegal" by about mid August. It's been much assisted by switching to brewing 10 gallon batches, rather than 5. Best achievement so far this year- 30 gallons brewed over a weekend.....No, its 100 per adult per household 200 max.

I did 20gal in a weekend for 3 weeks in a row stopped a month ago. The first weekend sucked. The second weekend was OK. The third was a breeze. Trying to get up early to do a double batch in one day is tough though.I feel like something really clicked though this year and everything is coming together nicely. I guess I am around 60+ batches total now in a little over 3 years. I intend on brewing another 15 batches before the end of the year. Most of which will be 10 gallon batches. I have about 7 beers that I can really nail right now and I'm trying to expand that stable (I can brew other stuff too, but I like to focus on a few to get them right and then move on, brewing 1 out of the stable on occasion). My big self challenge is to brew an award winning duss alt. Cheers,RichI look on that number as a target for mid summer, rather than a limit :)Brewed 140+ gallons so far, so on target to "go illegal" by about mid August. 'cause having an ego costs money.wait. what?I've blown hot and cold on awards - right now, I really don't care much if any for them because my favorite beers (ones I've nailed the recipe/process on to the point where I have them on draft almost all the time) are mongrel styles that would be booted from any self respecting BJCP comptition. And SWMBO asked one time "So why, precisely, are you PAYING someone else to drink your beer?" and I didn't have a good answer.

Bummer, didn't realize you basically quit brewing.I've brewed three 1/2bll batches so far and plan another three in the next few weeks. Also brewed a 14bll batch for a Homebrew/Probrew collab for craft beer week.

Pretty much. Only thing I really care to brew anymore is hops and wild sour beers including the beers for the barrels.Bummer, didn't realize you basically quit brewing.
