Freakin awesome. I just want to get to the point where I can do 10 gallon batches. I certainly have the equipment now.On Saturday we had 10 gallons of Saison then 10 gallons of Weissbier (with a decoction) into the fermenters.....just under eight hours from dough-in to completion of clean-up.....if we pay closer attention (and don't mess with a decoction) I think we can get it closer to a seven hour brew day for back-to-back ten gallon batches.....

I would lol at that, but I know it's more true than notI can post "I brewed this month" 'cause I did 23 gallons of my Steam Starter Brown.That followed a 10 month dry spell. Almost forgot how the equipment worked. :-O
