So it's really a light IPA, not an APA, cause you are probably high on the style guidelines. Since you are brewing it, it will be the nectar of gods. :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy:

Yeah, I overshoot the 1.055 OG and ended up at 1.062. No room in the fermenter to water it down. Fortunately I shot for about 50 IBU so it should be fine.

the lighter I try to make a gravity the easier it is to overshoot :scratch: better stop making light gravity beer

Why did this get moved over? I thought the idea was to have it pinned at the top of the PH to encourage PH'ers to maybe get out and brew a bit more.

Brewed a Saison yesterday. I found some Thai candied palm sugar in the pantry (8 oz) and through those into the boil. I used WLP530 (Abbey Ale) so I guess that doesn't make it a real saison but I'll argue that it is close enough.Posted Image

Forgive me brews brothers, for it has been two weeks since my last brew. I feel like a crack addict! I.....MUST......BREW!!!! My stocks are dwindling and I have 6 unused clean kegs. Did some cleaning yesterday and I am jonsing bad. So many beers I want need to brew.Cheers,Rich

Made a batch of mead BUT I did innoculate with Wyeast 3711, that counts, right?
