tl;drI brew every week or every other week. No joke. Yes there are times when I don't brew for a few weeks or whatever but I generally don't let 10-14 days go by without brewing. I made a summer lager this week (Wednesday) and I have MLPA scheduled for next week and a Helles slated for the week after that. Cheers.

I have a starter going. That's a mini beer. I'll brew this week, unless I end up going back home to get the rest of my things out of storage (brewery, yea!). 50-50 on that.Then it may be a couple of weeks if that happens.

I've got a NG Alt and my Reverse Mexican Steam beer cold conditioning. A Saison brewed with 50% Milo in primary now. Carbing up a Simcoe/Amarillo/Columbus blend as I type.A Wheat IpA with all Nelsonis in the works within the next few weeks along with a 60g of Brett Saison for the next batch of our barrel that's getting ready to be emptied next week.Im also getting ready to add tart cherries to a Porter that soured in another barrel. I've got some other beers stashed too but depending on a few things will determine if my rig gets hung up till end of August.

I just realized that is wrong. I have 6 carboys full at the moment. I forgot about the hefewiezen in the bathroom.

And I'm not brewing this weekend. Probably next weekend though. I have to brew 3 batches in the next three weeks so I have enough beer for the keys trip, pack, and move the house two doors down. Closing in on June 12.
