Very nice looking beers guys. I'm going to start brewing a Vienna Lager in an hour and you're giving me some good brewing juju. Cheers.
I have a Vienna Lager on the brewing docket for Sunday. Prost!

Having my first pint of a Kitchen sink kind of thing. First beer i made using my mill, emptied out some Midnight wheat, crystal, brown malt, and chocolate. Meant to make a brown ale, but turned out like a really good porter. It's also made with the Hornindal strain.

We never actually see Ken drink the beer. I think he just stares at it until someone comes and leads him away.

I'm a number of beers in. Have some buds over to watch the NFL games today and the beers are going down easy.

Yep, It's Bowie. He's come with us through 4 apartments so we keep him up at the house.

Dortmunder lager. fermented it with 34/70. Its crisp and clean; but it the only thing missing with it is that slight, subtle sulfuric flavor from a true lager strain. I'll do this recipe again with a lager yeast.

Oh noes. Let me know if you want me to send you another one. I think I still have a couple. Someone on another board just commented on that glass.

The APA is fully carbonated. really dig the flavor profile; all the hops of a NEIPA, but without any of the starchy adjuncts.

Low-O2, spunded, unfined amber lager. 50/50 Barke Pils and Weyermann Munich 2, hopped with Hallertau to about 25 IBUs, 2782 yeast. It's delicious. The clarity is not knock-your-socks-off but it's not bad for no fining.
