Pretty good for my first BIAB beer, needs a little work. Probably need to reduce the mash PH a little and also need to remember to add brewtan B. Also, I didn't realize that my fermenter is glass and my ferm chamber has a clear glass door so it might have been light struck. Lastly, I need to get some fresh hallertau for my next one, mine was a couple years old. But it doesn't taste bad or like homebrew, just not my best for sure. But, that's the beauty of only having 5 gallons of it, it will go fast.

APA. Just tapped it to see how it was going; 87% 2-row, 7% Vienna, 3% each of light Munich and Special Roast. Horizon at bittering, Centennial and Mt Hood at 15 and 10 minutes respectively, a hop stand of Centennial and Mt Hood, and then a big ol' wad of Galaxy at bio-transformation. (Day 4 of Primary). Fermented with Wyeast 1450. was going for a juicy pale ale.
Its a hop bomb in the NEIPA style; really easy to drink. at a easy 5.25%, this keg won't last too long.

It's my riff on Bell's 2-Hearted Ale.
Grain bill was what is my go-to IPA grist: 10lb Pils (or 2-row if you prefer), 2lb Munich (or Vienna if you prefer), 0.5lb wheat malt, and 0.5lb C-40.
Hops were Magnum to bitter, then whole Centennial between 15-0 minutes, ~4 oz total.
No dry-hops, and this beer didn't need 'em. US-05 did the heavy lifting in the primary.
Ended up at 7% abv and ~70 IBU's for 5.5 gal in the primary. Very tasty.

Sheesh. You think you know someone and then Pete goes and pours a lager into a British ale glass. That looks great Pete and the photography is nice too... did you send that pic through a filter or something? Beautiful.
