With a brand new glass from Brother Ken, here is my Staro Prague Rye Pilsner. A little sweeter than I expected but very easy to knock down a few.

That is a cool glass, what size is it?
There is a 30cl line but you can fit about 12 oz to the top.

that's what she said.
but seriously - I have the same glass as well. it's a great size for when you want to have a few different beers but still be 100% functional.

What's interesting about that pic is (to me at least) the windows looked like there's white-out snow falling outside (which there wasn't; it was a sunny and clear day).
But if you look thru the beer in the glass, you can see the trees and snow on the ground of my backyard.
Wierd.

So I posted a pic of this beer 11 days ago (or so) and here it is again.
For those of you looking at that with a phone or tablet, zoom in and you can really see the bubbles rising. This was brewed on 12/1 so it's just over 2 months from brewday. The fact that I didn't use finings is very encouraging and it MUST be that I was able to get very clear wort into the fermenter and little-to-no trub. That much is clear to me. I have gotten trub into the fermenter and the beer was stubborn to clear even with finings. Oh, the beer is delicious too.

Pilsner malt with a touch (10%) of Munich malt. 100% Edelweisse hops and 34/70. This one is about a month old. Very enjoyable.
