Kolsch. I like the 2565 better than K-97. Cleaner. Less sulfur. Cleared better.

I feel ya. My Vienna kicked yesterday. It's theee most repeated beer in my brewing, think I've made it about 8 times. It's next up right after I do my Belgian this Sunday.
