FYI: Mosaic and Mt. Hood play very well together.
I added 1 oz of Mt. Hood to the keg at kegging time, and it sat in the fridge for a couple of weeks until a tap opened up.
Very nice, smooth as can be, and very tasty.
This is on the short list to rebrew, but as a lager next time w/ 34/70.

It was but the tank ran out last week. Put it on co2 but still pouring through the nitro faucet.
