Unitank Helles. Pils/golden promise/carahell/sauer malt 46/46/5/3 24 IBU's. I'm calling it a zwickel since it's not very clear yet.

Does not look as cloudy as I expected the way you described it... I would drink a few!

Pair of Vienna Lagers from a keg I tapped this week. Absolutely delicious. Perfect example of how BTB can help create nice clear beer for me when used in the boil, provided the hop load is small. Not an ideal picture to show it but this beer received no finings post fermentation and is almost perfectly crystalline clear.

The yeast was Omega Bayern.
B2000 and I brushed the topic several pages ago but yeah... I do mix nationalities of beer and glassware. It may be all in my head but I think the nonic is probably my preferred glass for most malt driven beers of ~5% or less and my favorite all around glass. I have some varied glassware but Im probably not as well equipped as most of you guys. Probably should have taken Ken up on the glassware offer, doh!

I tend to mix my beer and glassware a lot: German lagers in a standard shaker pint, English ales in a Pilsner glass, American ales in a dimpled mug, etc.
I like to think it's pragmatism; I usually have different nationalities of beers on tap at any given time, but I also don't want to dirty another glass when I've already got one going.
So there may be some laziness mixed in, too.

That looks nice. I was considering making this "more pale" version of the Vienna tomorrow with the M76 but there's too much other stuff to do so it may happen next week. How do you like the character from the Bayern yeast? I know it's just a personal opinion but I can't get enough of it.
