This is an American Stout I brewed back on July 30, 2016. Between Brewtan and using all closed transfer and eliminating as much O2 in the transfer process my beer stability has been much better. This beer is still fresh and roasty and does not seem like it is over a year old.

I do taste a bit more depth and a bit of Carmel type flavors but not the sweetness. I will give it another week to fully condition before my final verdict.

Rastal craft master one, my favorite beer glass right now.

Very nice. That's the color I think I'm going to try to shoot for next time... it's a bit more pale than I've been making it. How do you like the character from the Bayern? My Vienna brewed with Omega Bayern.

I really like it in this beer. It was good in my session pils but something about that beer is not hitting home. This beer is awesome and I think the yeast plays a part in that.

session pils not have enough residual gravity to support the yeast character in comparison?
