I have a pound of Sterling with high hopes for a Pils like that Bklmt2K

I've not made a 100% Sterling beer before, but this one is definitely growing on me.
And as aside, Biofine Clear is the shizz.
Cleared this pils up fast, and the hops are on full display, no muting or dulling of flavors. Pretty nice.

That seems to echo my findings to a T. And it is nice and easy to use.

I will use 1T - 2T depending on how many hops I have in the beer.

For another data point, I used one and a half 5mL syringes worth (~7.5mL total) of Biofine Clear on this batch.

It's interesting how lager heavy the pictures are.
My last 2 brews were both lagers so that kind of explains it for me. Would have brewed more ales if I had the time. Next brew is likely an ale.

10 of my last 12 beers have been lagers. The last ale I made was on July 28 but that's about to change. I believe that the only lager yeast I have left in my brewery is White Labs 840 American Lager yeast and I'm not sure how old it is. I have a lot of ales on the horizon but I am making one more lager on Friday with this S-189 I have running. It's interesting how lager heavy the pictures are.

And so it goes Budvar Golden Lager. The WY2000 has a wonderful presence in this beer.

Looks great. The Czech yeasts are fantastic. What I really need to do is get some WL802, 2000 or 2001 (I think one of those may be unavailable these days) or maybe even 2278 and then order some good, fresh Saaz from YCH and make a good Czech lager. I'm sure that beer glass is helping.
1) I got a bunch of Sterling to do a Pilsner with coming soon
The glass has class
Tres) I am trying to find these glasses to replace all my mis-matches.
4) If you know the name of this style and possibly a retailer I'd be very happy
