Hall, saaz or something else Nobelish. I will try the motueka version again, it is not awful but not what I had envisioned.

This one was...

 

10 gallons of RO water w/ 6 gr CaCl   ( pre-boiled the water to de-ox, chilled to strike temp, and added 2.5 gr of "tri-fecta" anti-ox)

 

68% pils

28% pale

2%  carahell

2% sauer malt

 

Full volume mash w/ rests at 148,162, and 172.  1/2 tsp BTB in mash.

 

24 IBU's of Mittelfruh for 60 min. Irish moss for kettle fining. 

 

Fermented w/ 2206.

 

Turned out very nice and clearing quickly.   Looks a little hazy as it was dark when I took the pic.    On my next one in the line-up, I used Golden Promise instead of pale malt.   Curious to try that one.
