Very nice and a beer I would make myself. Haven't used Sterling in awhile but I do like it.

Thank you. Ca-36ppm, SO4-50ppm, Cl-30ppm, 15 minute mash pH was 5.20

I plan to do a series of these featuring some hops that are a bit unfamiliar to me. Some traditional and some not so much. They are dead simple to brew and drinkable anytime.

I brewed today, went on a 15-mile bike ride and now I'm sitting out in the backyard drinking this lager that is just insane. First off, it's delicious but it also dropped so freaking clear that it looks filtered. I could swear that the keg would blow earlier in the week just from the clarity alone but the keg just keeps going. Btw... the beer in the pic is the beer I made again today.

IPA I made about 5 weeks ago, 2nd brew at the new place after a 10 month hiatus. Turned out well!
