Patersbier from over the weekend. Not as clear as I would have liked but it tastes great and I can see this holding a tap position in the summer from here out. I also love that half liter glass a co-worker brought me back from Munich.

Looks great. What yeast did you use and how did you pitch it? (i.e. pitch rate, SNS, etc.) and were you happy with the way the yeast presented? I ask because the last time I made one it was waaaaaay too clean with an SNS starter of 1214 fermented @66F. Like, "might as well have made a blonde ale" clean.

I used Omega Belgian Ale W and that compares to WLP550 or 3522. I did a SNS starter for it and started at 65 and I think it went to the low 70's. It is not crazy in your face Belgian but you can tell it is Belgian. It is no where clean enough for Ken to drink it!
