Thanks guys!  It feels good to be back.  After seeing some of your super clear beers, i was reluctant to show my cloudy, almost murky looking stuff.  I figured a little scenery would make it interesting.  Cheers!

while a nice clear looking beer is beautiful I don't turn down hazy beer.   what matters most is how it tastes.

on clarity though I don't think I do anything special.  my beers usually clear up.  exceptions are stuff with a good amount of oats or wheat or maybe if I REALLY hopped it up a lot.

Kegged this a few days ago. No room in my kegerators so I just put a tap right on the keg and it's in my garage fridge. I used a Kveik I never used before, dried farmhouse Espe. It kinda looks like homemade yeast. Very different from other Kveiks I've used do far. Tastes great, though - I get fig, honey, and a slight "Belgiany" flavor. I used moderate amounts of noble hops. It has a very silky mouthfeel.

Looks good. Yeast sounds interesting and weird but I can see it working in certain beers well.

Agreed I wish I had the time and liver capacity to try all of these yeasts out.
