it's a great malt. it stands up pretty well on it's own as well. I've been buying thomas fawcett and sons for a while. There might be other brands so I can't say how those are.

I was using MO a lot till I was able to get GP from a local brewer.

Here is what 25% of Carapils Copper does to a lager. It is growing on me but I am not sure I would do it the same again. I think it needs more bitterness and maybe a bit more sulfates in the water. I was shooting for a red lager, not sure I got there but close.
