They said we were getting a dusting! This porter from the spring still tastes great and perfect for a day like this.

daim, I think you might have gotten a little bit more snow than me.  I can't believe it's still here this morning.  I haven't even blasted out my irrigation or put the hose away yet!

by the pool no less!!!  can you still swim right now?

in any event here is my american dry hopped pilsner kind of deal.  hopped with citra/chinook/cascade.

here is the same beer as above.  quite a bit of clearing for a heavily dry hopped beer!

Getting to the bottom of my Rakau Balboa Pale Ale. First time using Rakau and Lutra yeast. Turned out really good. Great hop. Has a peachy, strawberry, with floral hints. Love the Kveik, too.

A picture of Mando's "Big Lager".  What an enjoyable beer that packs a punch.

Optical Illusion. I'm not sure, is the beer glass stemless (with a reflection looking like another part of the glass) or one of those fancy glasses? I can see it both ways.

Those are these Fancy IPA Glasses!

I have a pair, 1 with the Dogfish Head logo, and 1 with the Sierra Nevada logo.

Looks like the Sierra Nevada one is a collector's item now! Dogfish Head still sells them for $7.00 ea.

Found mine for 1.50 at the beer store once. I got a deal. Rastal crafmaster one is still my favorite.

Solid recipe, bro. I'm very pleased with the Kveik I used in place of the lager yeast. Would do again.

This is my house APA.  I have strayed from teh OG recipe by changing the yeast and adding more hops but this one went back to the original. The recipe I followed is very close to this one with the minor changes on malts, I used Golden Promise and some carafoam and I also did a 30 minute boil so hops in the beginning got moved.  So good! Glad to see that 5+ years latter it still stands on its own.

Edit - added actual recipe
