Just tapped, first pint. IPA that turned out really well. No gel or anything, just a long cold crash. Second DH was on Monday.

Yeah, I just threw it together to have a lighter beer for my guests. Iirc, it was 6# pilsner and 5# of two row. Hopped with about 6 ounces of Rakau. Reused the Lutra yeast.

It's a nice, crisp pale ale with a peachy taste and aroma from the Rakau hops.
