just pulled a sample of this. Love the color! this was a recipe I wrote down from Brewing TV years ago, and recently found it organizing my desk at home. A dark american pale ale. Its 88% Viking Two-Row, 4% Pilsner, 4% Lt Munich, 2% Midnight Wheat and 2% Acidulated. Horizon at 90 minutes, Simcoe at 5, and steeped Liberty at flame out for 15 minutes. Used 1450 for yeast, and clocked in at 6.8% Its not as hoppy as i would like, but its shows promise- I'll tweak it to my tastes later on.

The latest batch- a NEIPA- clocked in at 6%.
Grain Bill:
- 66.7% TF Pearl Malt
-29.6% White Wheat
-3.7% Acidulated Malt
Hop Bill:
-Steeped for 20 minutes at 160*- Galaxy - 28 AAU, Mosaic- 21 AAU
-Bio Transfer Hop: Galaxy - 28 AAU, Mosaic- 21 AAU
Yeast: 1318.

I always use my phone. I took that shot with my new Google Pixel 3a. Great camera on that phone especially in low light. Cheers guys.

Usually my phone because it's easiest to then upload the image. In my camera I have the extra step of getting the image off the SD card.
