I was at the local Gastropub Friday night enjoying some St Arnold's Divine Reserve 13 on tap when I noticed IPA Brussels Sprouts on the specials menu. I order them along side my usual Brisket Melt sandwich and they were wonderful. After a bit of internet research this seems to be a pretty close recipe to what I had. This recipe uses Stone Pale Ale, but I would think any Pale Ale or IPA would work. Can't wait to try to make these at home:IPA Brussels Sprouts

Those look pretty good.Brussels sprout kick lately is just thinly sliced and sauteed with some scallions and bacon scrapings.
