For the summer style I would leave the crystal out altogether, though that small amount should be fine. Summer Bitters are usually ESB's and you gravity has you just getting there, looks like a tasty beer though.
I could easily leave out the Crystal, at 4 oz it's not doing much, I want to keep the gravity low, as this is basically a running starter for a bigger beer.
wish I had a more apropriate hop to use, I am wondering how a bit of Citra would go in this at 15

I have done one of these that had Challenger at 60 and Amarillo at 15 nothing more. It was quite a nice beer, that didn't last long. I don't have anyAny reason not to go with a british pale ale malt (MO or Golden Promise)?
I like the finishing hop!

can' have every beer be a 6% erA tiny amount of citra goes a long ways.
Looks like I'm not the only one making a mower beer.
