Mine was 1.012 as near as I could tell. The vessel i use to take my samples in was leaking and i was trying to read a moving object. LOL. Also, i ended up using S-05 as my LHBS did not have what the recipe called for.Just kegged mine. Finished out at 1.010. Nice smooth bitterness to it. Came out a bit darker than I was expecting.

I am @ 1.019 from 1.062 at almost 7 days, it tore like a bat outta hell the first 4 days then settled down, the Dumb Guy Ale I did with the same yeast on April 29 is dropping clear now @ 66 in the basementI'm at 1.014 after 2 weeks and no major signs of activity. I just moved it to the basement floor b/c the sample I pulled was super cloudy so hopefully that will help the yeast drop out a bit. no obvious off flavors but I need to let it hang in the fridge for a little bit to see how the sample tastes cold.

you dry hopping?:rolf:Missed that one. Kinda reminds me of pear Republic Hot Rod Rye. It's darker in color than Denny's Rye.I also saved the yeast and plan to do some APAs & IPAs.

Considering what a disastrous brew day I had, this one turned out pretty damned good. I'm really liking Denny's yeast.darker than I expected, mine is still in primary
