Nope. It's very ingredient dependent. You have to be able to access Mecca Grade Estate Malt and YCH American noble hops. It's 40% MGEM Lamonta, 53.3 % MGEM Metolius, 6.7% MGEM Opal. .5 oz. American noble Loral for FWH, .65 oz. American noble Simcoe and .75 oz. Willamette at 60, .5oz. each American noble Lorel and Mosaic at flameout.

Brewed in the rain on Saturday. Lucky it wasn't the heavy stuff we had later in the afternoon.

If you saw my desk at my office you'd see what's stopping me hahaha. Tomorrow's my day man. Looking forward to it. Afternoon session, a nice cigar, ambient groove and zen brewing.
oh - I read your previous post as you were brewing that beer today. just mashed in...

Made a starter the other day with a 6-mo old smackpack of WY1469 W. Yorkshire. Took off well, was done in a little over a day, and it's now settling in the lager fridge.
Looking to make a simple bitter this coming Tuesday: some 2-row and Munich, plus a bit of wheat, C-40, and a dash of Special Roast to an OG of ~1.050.
Pilgrim to bitter, with some light late additions of First Gold and EKG, for ~35 IBU's total.
Ought to be a nice change-of-pace beer from my usual, bigger, hoppier beers.

I'd hit it.
