I have 2 strategies. I wet the glass before filling or jack it off furiously right before clicking the pic. Wetting works best. How do you take such lovely beers minus any sweat on the glass? Is it because I live in spirit crushing humidity? Do you wipe the glass?
Post a picture of your pint...

Latest batch of MLPA. It's very clear but it's humid here so I got some condensation...

Hey Ken, What's the recipe look like for your MLPA these days? I was curious and checked it out, only to see your original post was way darker and more red.
Less crystal?
More hops?

Yes, a bit less crystal and a smidge more hops. I used a bit more CaSO4 in the water too just to make the beer crisper overall. My marketing and advertising people told me not to call it MLPA 2 or New MLPA so I left the name.

Nice, thanks for sharing the revision. Are the hops at 30 min cause you're doing 30 min boils?

Yes. All 30m boils here for the past year or so. Working nicely for me.

Yeah, Pete posts some nice pics. His house overlooks a river in TX. Sweet backdrop.
River? man I would have imagined that was a lake, nice spot. I like the outdoor taps too!

Thanks, guys. I thank my wife almost daily for beating me into buying this lot 16 yrs ago. That's Lake Granbury down there. More of a wide part of the Brazos River than a lake, but a nice backdrop for sunsets anyway. Life is good. I'm a lucky guy.
Here's a shot looking the other direction.
