It is nothing special, just a King Arthur recipe but I will post it up latter.

One thing I have done before is make the "line" of dough that I use for the pretzel too fat. I'll put it into the pretzel shape but when it bakes it expands and ends up more like a bagel that sort of resembles a pretzel. Yours are nicely defined and look great. Cheers.

I know I mentioned this but we went to a party in the neighborhood a few years ago and I brought homebrew and I made pretzels too. I got between 35 and 40 pretzels and baked them just before we left. My wife found a basket for them and I covered them with a towel to keep them warm. We walk over there go inside and I put the basket on the kitchen island where people were eyeballing it (you could smell them!) and then I walked out to the backyard to say hi to the hosts. I was out there for about 10 minutes and then came back inside and the basket was EMPTY! Not one left. I looked around the kitchen and everyone had one in their hand. I need to be quicker next time.

Snowy day haze! All whirlpool and dryhops. El Dorado, Simcoe and Mosaic. Love those floating diptubes... 3 oz in the keg and no floaters.

Thank you!  I am really pleased with this one.  New recipe that needs a couple minor tweaks but will be a regular around the taps.

 

ETA:  Funny it is taken from about the same spot as the Vienna ... what a difference the snow makes!

Yes they were, before I racked over.  2 oz cryo pellets and one ounce regular.  Pint one after 1 day in had a touch of hop particles but after that nothing.

One more question I thought of... was that NEIPA force carbed or spunded?

This is the one we talked about with the sugar addition in the fermentor then kegged.
