This is the beer I'm bringing to the Chicago get-together on 6/24. A Pale Bock... Vienna, Pils, Light and Dark Munich, Magnum to bitter, Hallertau for 30 and 2352 for the yeast. It came out really nice and smooth.

Now drinking a Czech Amber Lager (55% pils, 45% RedX, Magnum to bitter and late Saaz) in the bar that I just put on tap. After this keg, I have only one keg left in my on-deck fridge (the pale bock).

It's hard as heck to get the garnet red hue on my Czech Tmave to come thru in a photo. This is as good as I could do. Really pretty beer.

Looks nice Chils. I know what you mean. You're drinking it and seeing all that color with your eye but the camera doesn't want to play ball.

4oz at flameout and whirlpooled for 20 min before chilling. Then another 2oz soaked in vodka into the fermentor after it finished. 10gal batch.

AIPA with loads of Equinox and Mosaic in a 3:2 ratio. Just tapped and delicious, but won't last the holiday weekend.Wa3CyQLh.jpg

Yet another hop I need to try. In my last order it was a toss up between Equinox and El Dorado, so far digging the ED.

New recipe I am playing around with.  4% "NE-style" session beer.  So far I am happy with it.

Excellent composition!

I do have to admit though it pains me to see that beer in any direct sun light.  for me I swear it only takes 15-30 seconds of direct sunlight and I can taste a difference.  maybe it's all in my head though.  I may have to drop the dime on drez and report him to beer protective services ;)

LOL .. report me baby!!  I really did not taste a difference to be honest.  It was in the sun put partially " diffused " through a sun sail.

I will make sure I bottle yours in clear bottles and leave them on the deck for a day :P
