AIPA. Turned out extremely well. Much of it was dispatched last night with several guests at the house.
95% 2-Row, 5% Cararuby, Apollo, Cascade, Centennial, Columbus and WY1450.

My latest, a saison/farmhouse ale:
Put this on tap Monday late, and it was overcarbed, so the last couple of days, I've spent degassing the keg.
However, there's still a bit of gas left to bleed off; i poured this pint without the CO2 line hooked up, and that was AFTER i bled the keg of CO2. I figure a few more days of bleeding the keg (and taste-testing) should do the trick.
That said, it tastes fantastic.

My Imperial Red IPA: (recipe thread: https://www.brews-br...erial-red-ipa/)
Tastes feckin' fantastic; the condensate at the top of the glass is obscuring how clear this one turned out. Look at the very bottom of the glass for the clarity.

My light beer for a party this month. So damned poundable. 1.036-.005, 4.07% ABV. Rahr pils, acid malt, S-189 lager yeast. Hard to get a clear pic with the humidity so high.

I say... Gatdamn
Thanks fellers. Looks darker than it really is due to all the greenery behind it. It's very pale. Lawnmower beer.Yeah, I'd drink it!

I have some fresh 2124, mighty tempting to make a version from plain GW 2row and MtHoodThanks fellers. Looks darker than it really is due to all the greenery behind it. It's very pale. Lawnmower beer.

Super cheap recipe. ~$10 for 7 gallons. I like it better with just base malt than with corn, rice, or a mix of the 2. Better flavor and malt character. Seems like this beer would taste like straight water but it doesn't. Do eeet!I have some fresh 2124, mighty tempting to make a version from plain GW 2row and MtHood

Good looking beer and color.
One thing I have noticed here (vs. some other places) is that everyone seems to get the concept of a clean glass. Seems simple but even a lot of beer bars seem to get it wrong.

The same saison I posted above, in a Duvel glass, with some more time in the keg to clear:
