Thanks chils.  This particular saison was mainly pils malt, with a little bit of Munich, wheat malt, and flaked oats in the grist.

 

The earlier pic I posted in May was the first pint off the keg, and I was a bit concerned the beer wouldn't clear, but over the last ~3 weeks, it's cleaned up nicely, in both appearance and flavor.

Totally random (and not overly artistic) shot from last night when we were hanging out in the backyard. This is the CREAM ALE kind of thing I made with 2112. It came out better than I envisioned.

This is a pale ale I made with some UK Pale Malt, wheat and Caravienne, Horizon to bitter and then US Goldings added at 20, 10 and flameout. 1056 on the yeast. Came out really nice and drinkable.
