An APA I made earlier this year. Malteurop 2-row, white wheat, CaraVienna, Columbus to bitter and then an ounce of Ultra and two ounces of Crystal late in the boil and 1056 for the yeast. Forgive the plastic cup.

The Ultra is nice. I have used it before and my findings are that it's not an overly strong hop, if that makes any sense. I have used them at 7.5% and added 3-4 ounces to a blonde ale late in the boil and they don't seem to really POP. They are there but they don't really knock you over. I used the ounce here because I wanted something clean to go with the Crystal I was using and I wanted a little more IBUs. Personally, Ultra is getting harder to find and I can think of 4 or 5 hops that fall into the 'clean, domestic ale hop' bucket that work just as well including Santiam, Mt. Hood, Crystal, Liberty and Golding. Cheers. So, how is the ultra?

glad Ultra made a comeback, i used it a lot in Blondes and Pilsneresque brews in my early brewing days, then it just disappeared.
