How were they? I can't remember, are you priming them before canning to scrub o2?

I carbonate in a keg first then fill.  I was using a beer gun to fill but I have recently moved on and got a Tapcooler with the can adapter.  This is a counter pressure filler and I find it much better to control the foam and purge the cans.  I just opened a Pilsner that I had canned Feb 26, 2019.  It was a bit darker and cloudy.  The cloudiness could be from me disturbing the yeast at the bottom.  It had signs of oxidation and a bit of a off flavor.  I think the new filler will improve these issues.  Plus, I tend to drink them in a month or so.

I have one of your greenish-yellow microfiber cloths that you left here.  still using it!

I'll be interested to see how your new filling rig does for oxidation.

You know it. I had been trying to get a decent picture for three days. Finally got one yesterday after cutting the grass.

My mistake IIPA   9.3% but does not taste it.  I am using a 25cl glass to stay out of trouble!

Very nice. Been a long time since I drank a beer like that let alone brewed one. Not usually what I want but every now and again it’s spot-on.

I like my hazy beers but I like them closer to 5.5%, same range I like the rest of my beers.  I am not sure the last time I made a beer thing big, had to be a barleywine about 10 years ago.  If not for the kg/lb screw up this one would never have happened.  I should not complain much because it was hitting the spot :).

I really like IIPA in the 8-9% range, one of my favorites. If I buy beer that's usually what I buy. I make them sometimes but usually always have a 5-6% IPA on tap so don't tend to buy those.

I'm loving my return to homebrewing. I can't figure out why I stopped.
