Red-X Mosaic American Wheat. I really with the Mosaic came through more, surprised it is so mellow in this beer.

Nice looking beer. How much Mosaic did you use? How do you like the Red-X?

14 gm @ 5
42 gm @ steep
Same hop treatment I use in this beer when I use 2-row but a very noticeable difference. Now, I just remembered that it was a new package of Mosaic so that may be part of it. Maybe I will throw some dryhops into the keg. The beer is really turning out good as it gets some conditioning time. The Red-X really adds to the malt back bone.

A blend of my Czech Cerne (dark lager) and German pils, AKA Polotmavé SpeciálnÃ. The Czechs blend it in the bar and call it Řizek or "cut".
I'll take a tall pint of that, please.

Those pictures are the reason I stepped out of the office at lunch and picked up a 6 of Jai Alai just to slam one on the way home, just to get home and pour myself one of mine.... I wish it were beer:30.
Maybe this should be moved to the "Let's have that talk" thread.......

Lulz. Some things just get you in the mood for beer and a nice pic of a delicious-looking beer does that, clearly. I realize this is a POST A PICTURE OF YOUR PINT thread but I say we give Chils a warning point or something because he's making it very tough to concentrate on work at the moment! Those pictures are the reason I stepped out of the office at lunch and picked up a 6 of Jai Alai just to slam one on the way home, just to get home and pour myself one of mine....
