My version of this Big Bark Amber Lager brewed by Live Oak in Texas.  It came out so great and just like I remember it.  I have some cans of the commercial beer and I need to do a side-by-side.  I first had it in the Austin airport and this little bar/restaurant has Peroni and this Big Bark on tap and everything is tapped into a Peroni glass so...

That looks great. Is that based on the recipe I posted?

Beautiful color, assuredly tastes just as beautiful.

We may be a small group, but damn can we bring it. Cheers!

Yes sir, exactly as you posted it.

I stand corrected.  This conversation happened on page 14 of the WHO'S BREWING? thread and it took me awhile to find it.  The brewer (Dusan) mentioned the grain bill as 65% Vienna and 35% Munich 2.  I ended up going 50/50 because my LO beers have been coming out lighter in color.  2 ounces of Hallertau to bitter (24 IBUs) and one ounce at FO.  2124 on the yeast.  Really nice beer.

I figure this one will give Ken nightmares.  This is the all extract, way to many hops, hazy all day lone NEIPA!!

Good. A bit bitter for style and I take blame for that with the amount of whirlpool hops I used. So much better than my original extract beers!

pliny the similar.  slightly more clear than the picture lets on but with the amount of hops thrown at this beer it would take a long time to fully clear I think.

Nice beers Zsasz... I will take a pint of Pliny please.

So, yesterday was our 12th wedding anniversary and at our wedding part of the favors was a brown ale that I brewed and bottled.  Earlier this year I recreated that beer following the same recipe but with better technique.  Here it is with a chocolate espresso cupcake... both were great!

Brown Ales really do not get much love but it sure is enjoyable to drink one every now and then.

A bit off topic but how is everyone uploading pics? Link to an external hosting site? Whenever I try, I run into size limitations.
