I'm in. I checked and the registration isn't up yet. I'll try to check every now and then, but shoot a post in the PH or pm me when it goes live so I don't miss out.
The Yough just outside Friendsville has been my main summer river for almost 20 years now so this comes together real nice. If anyone wants a raft trip Friday or Saturday, a few outfitters will be running trips.

It's open?! I just looked Sunday too and registration wasn't open. Had a target date of the 20th.
