I think I might need to burn the clothes I brought... Great time. I need to make time to drop by more at your site next year.

Another good time. I got home a couple hours ago and the shower was much needed. I can't explain the stench of a 6 hour car ride with 2 fat guys. Good to meet you as well stout fan.
Much like the stench of drinking next to you.

Light sprinkle off and on from 9(when I woke up) till I left around 11. Put the pop-up back up when we got back. Probably dry by now.So what time did the rain hit, if at all?

Ouch
I wasn't exactly smelling like roses. More like the fertilizer.
Do you remember randomly puking on the way back to the campsite Sat night?

What's the odds that we can get Mashout rescheduled for 6 weeks later, like the end of September?

There was talk of trying to reschedule. Originally it was put here because of a large number of BURP people involved in schools. September seems to run into a lot of conflicts with other beer events though. There is also talk of a location change. We aren't getting enough people for how much Organarchy is charging us.

Yea, it seems like the attendance has dropped waaay off. What are the criteria for a new site? I can scout out some locations for you.

We have a good lead on a location near Bedford, north of cumberland that we are going to look at. It probably needs to be in the same general near cumberland area since most of the major stuff is stored at the old location across from Rocky Gap.
We were pushing 250 at the old location which was the main reason it moved. But BURP still does a small event there which syphons off some attendees. The new location seems to hover around 160.
Next year could be a good bounce back, we had a bunch of competing events in VA. Devil's Backbone had a big event that basically erased getting any new people from the VA clubs from HomebrewCon. AB influence has put some of them off that but they were already committed this year.

I may be a no show this year. I had bariatric surgery back in Feb and won't be able to drink beer or eat like a pig.

I may no show as well. The new location is even farther, although still doable. But I also have a wedding to go to that weekend that I would rather not bail. Good friends of mine not just a bullshit co-worker or something.

If we don't make it this year, then next year IT IS ON!!!

While further directionally it shouldn't add too much time as there is no back road bs to deal with at this place. Its right off a major road and not tooling around up mountains and curves. Happy to see you guys next year.
