Got my ticket today. I doubt if I'll be bringing any beer. The hospital thing really threw my timeline off.

Well at least you are in. I can't imagine there will be a lack of beer. I plan to bring at least 2, maybe 3 kegs. Also may be bringing a newbie. He is coming over to brew this weekend and plan to talk him into it.Got my ticket today. I doubt if I'll be bringing any beer. The hospital thing really threw my timeline off.

That is inexcusable.
I tried telling that to my job. They weren't buying it.

I'm debating on whether I should bring my WSM or not. I am woefully unprepared for this outing.

Bring it! I'm a little unprepared myself, but getting stuff gathered the last few days. You got anything in mind to smoke? Bringing any kegs or kegging equipment?I'm debating on whether I should bring my WSM or not. I am woefully unprepared for this outing.

I can bring my jockey box. I was thinking about smoaking some kielbasa coils.

I think I got everything situated. Got some plantains to fry for fry-day. Need to make a sauce to go with that and I should be mostly set.

Bringing some oat stout for the row and Red Rye IPA for camp. Cask of Strong English for Thursday tapping (I'll grab some in a growler for the late comers).

If you don't plan on bringing a beer don't worry about the jockey box. I will just fill a few growlers to share around camp. Easier anyway than hauling a 3rd keg.I can bring my jockey box. I was thinking about smoaking some kielbasa coils.

In food news, I have my "food on a stick" prepped and it's awesome. I also made a few dozen ABT wontons for fry-day.

I don't have anything, sadly. Between work and being in the hospital, I didn't have time to prepare anything.

Understandable. I will be bringing plenty. Heading out around 10am tomorrow, that's if Roy can get his ass in gear.

I've got so much shit to do, I'm not sure when I'll get there. I want to be there in time for sour hour. So I'm shooting for before noon on Friday.

Matt, it was great meeting you. Never did see BBM. Hot & sweaty and I am getting too old for this. So I think this was my last Mashout.
High point:swimming hole. Dang I needed that!
2nd: Dropping acid with the folks at Wootown.
Technically, that's what happened, but we aren't talking that Lysurgic thing. I'll let y'all stew over that one for a while.
Got a weather report Sat afternoon and was wide awake by 5 on Sunday AM. The tent was kinda dry and the rain was scheduled to hit 9ish and get worse with like 80% of T-storms by 11.
I do not appreciate the thought of packing up in the rain with a soaked tent so I bailed at 7:30. The mini shelters of personal convenience were all out of perforated paper and I forgot to pack mine. Therefore having a item of a pressing nature I decided to minimize the time of torture and split.
