Finally have the club organized to brew up our big RIS to fill our new whiskey barrel. Only day that worked out is tomorrow but its a high of 35 so hope we can keep enough burners going to stay unfroze.Wednesday night was spent making a ton of starters for everyone.Ready to get this done.

Sounds really awesome!! I did a club "big brew" and we filled a 60g barrel from Jack Daniels with a Robust Porter. It was a really fun event. I hope it goes well for you and you stay warm too!!

Avg OG 1.098 and down to1.025 so far. Trying to see if we can sqeeze a few more points down then into the barrel.
