Let's get this on track. We need to figure a shipping timeline, so I figure communicate with your recipients and let them know what you have and what is in the pipeline. As a beer trader, I find adding some locals to the box is appreciated. By that I mean I will say I am shipping the homebrew but add some surprise bottles from local only breweries to the box. How many that depends, open up on what you like style wise or any beers you would like to try and we go from there.

Old beer pass...I can provide some details since I helped run it for a few months on the greenboard. It started with a post asking for who is in. Someone kept a spreadsheet and put in the names each month and that also did a randomized set of matchings for the trades, it was set up so that each month it would avoid duplication. The whole purpose of the pass was to provide feedback to the participants on homebrew, although, sometimes people just shipped commercial beer if they were out, which was OK too, you just missed out on the feedback. We started with 2X12 oz, but upped to 4X12oz at one point I think because people just thought it wasn't worthwhile shipping 2 beers. I still have the SS if anyone is interested.
