I can't wait to recover from this shoulder surgery. I need to get back on the AG horse and do my second one - the Brew-Bros Rye Ale

Looks like I won't be brewing at all in July. I saved some yeast from the lager I brewed in June, I had meant to use the slurry for an Imperial Pilsener, but at this point it will be old enough in August that I'll have to do a lawnmower beer to build up enough yeast for a big lager.

My ticket is punched with ingredients locked and loaded.........Tomorrow is Saisson and German Hefeweiss........8/4 will be Oktoberfest (I know it is late), IPA, and Mead, and 8/25 will be MLPA with all Delta hops, and a DIPA (to make room in the freezer for new hops).

Won't be long now. I have my brew gear back with me and I've been cleaning tirelessly. I'm putting it all together today so I'll know if there's something I don't have. I have a starter in the fridge that I need to wake up and hope to brew by the middle of the week. Maybe a pale or IPA.I'm gonna make a pre-chiller since I have some extra copper laying around, cause my tap water is at least 80. Hope to get a pump soon. I gotta go to work for a while first, though. Otherwise, I think I'm about ready to brew!

Nearly 2 months for me, but work has slowed way down and I hope to get in one brew this week and one next week.

About 6 hours ago. Think this will be the last time for a month or so though. Got to many house projects to get done.

On Saturday we had 10 gallons of Saison then 10 gallons of Weissbier (with a decoction) into the fermenters.....just under eight hours from dough-in to completion of clean-up.....if we pay closer attention (and don't mess with a decoction) I think we can get it closer to a seven hour brew day for back-to-back ten gallon batches.....

Freakin awesome. I just want to get to the point where I can do 10 gallon batches. I certainly have the equipment now.
