I have lots of older packages of leaf hops in my freezer. They are mostly 09 crops, but there are some 08's mixed in as well. Most packages have been opened, then the tops of the bags folded over a few times and taped closed. I would like to make up an IPA or a DIPA to use these up if possible. I understand they degrade over time, but i have quite a bit of stuff in there, maybe making up for lack of quality and freshness with quantity?? Am I just wasting my time here? Anyway, here is a list of what I have, with weights an approximation by how full the bags are. I would really like it if one of you recipe designers out there can make me up a hop schedule for a 5 gallon batch. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
