Mill is scheduled to get delivered on FridayIt would be a shame to have all that grain and nothing to mill it with. On the other hand, it would be a shame to have a mill and no grain to play with. Quite the conundrum.

I think Monday will work best for me.I will send you a PM or e-mail to finialize everything.Sunday or Monday. Anytime Sunday is fine, Monday up until about 5 is good too. I'll probably be outside brewing on Monday, if you want to laugh at my jerry-rigged setup.

I'm just curious - until those sacks are opened are they pretty much airtight?I hauled half the sacks home from work today, the other half tomorrow. I have enough grain and hops in my house to brew 500 gallons of some badass pale ale.

In my experience yes. I actually had a little miss hap where some water was spilled. The grain bags were on a old piece of carpet. Well the carpet was soaked and I was worried the bags were toast. But everything inside was bone dry.I'm just curious - until those sacks are opened are they pretty much airtight?
