JPA!! I am brewing an amber to build up the yeast. I have wanted to brew it for a while just needed the MO!!So what is everyone going to brew first? I'm thinking I might do my first ever IPA (the price has stopped me until now).

If yo do not mind me asking, what flander recipe do you follow? Do you do the oak peg in the carboy? I have my 2 packs of rosalare for a flanders red and brown and this will be the first time I do them. My plan is to follow the recipe in Brewing Classic Styles and see where that takes me.probably kick off with an IPA, then starting my first flanders red ever...got my smack pack of rosaelare just waiting to be pitched....

Sweet! Make sure to post up a confirmationJust an update, I have everyone's payment confirmation. I'll put the order in on Monday. It'll be here by the end of next week and we can start breaking it up over the weekend. I'm out most of the day on Saturday, so it'll probably be easier to do Sunday or Monday. If you guys have preferences for times/dates to pick-up let me know.
