I know how to remove Balmer Chlorine from brewing water: use a carbon block filter

Other municipalities use Chloramines: use a Camden tablet

So I have talked to the guy at the local water facility and I am told they use sodium hypochlorite AKA bleach.

How do I get this out of my brewing water?

I can't find anything definitive but I suspect camden tablets will work here as well.

eta: this link says it is chlorine?

Campden works.  So does letting it sit uncovered overnight, or boiling before use.

In my first round of homebrewing I used bleach to sanitize and Campden to neutralize it

Campden it is guys. Thanks. Now to get my brewing area to a point where I can actually brew!

Can't leave it open overnight or my brewery snake will most likely get into it.
