I need to make something with some ABV to last me through "these challenging times".  the lower ABV stuff disappears too quickly :P

I recently did the baltic porter and while I loved it I always want to try something else.  I'm thinking something more amber colored....

hmmmmmm......

I'm not sure what exactly guess into those but possibly the ticket. I already make an orange colored Vienna lager so I obviously don't care about color accuracy that much!

I need to check out my inventory but I'm thinking I might use 2-row, a little crystal, a little carapils copper, maybe even some table sugar.

Not sure on hops.

I just googled this up, have never tried this recipe to be clear, but sounds good. I might give it a try if you don't.

As I was brewing yesterday I had a similar thought.  I thought about something really simple like this reacipe https://brews-bros.c...019/?p=2926030 but instead of 4.9% have it closer to 7%.  Part of me wants to put like 1-2% smoke malt in there too.

That's kind of how I make my Vienna lager. Comes out great! Smoke might be a nice addition as well.
