check out how much clearer pour number 2 is. I must have disturbed the hops!

Looks great. I'll bet both were delicious.

they are indeed. not a huge taste diff despite the hop haze in the first one. this is a beer that really showcases the high quality pils malt and the nice refreshing hops flavor/aroma.

Nice Morty! I have my version on tap with Conan, good but 1450 is still my preferred option. I have a mosaic/amarillo session with 1450 getting kegged next week.
is it def confirmed that conan is alchemist yeast or is that still a little fuzzy?

Well known that it is. Kimich has openly talked about it.is it def confirmed that conan is alchemist yeast or is that still a little fuzzy?

I obviously haven't followed the situation closely. it came up when I was chatting about alchemist beers with someone the other day and I wasn't 100% sure if it was the same stuff. at some point maybe I'll see if I can make a HT clone not b/c it's my absolute favoriteist beer but b/c it is a very good beer and it would be cool if people that like it could tell the difference

Just a SMaSH of Briess Brewer's Malt and Cluster Hops, about 30 IBU. fermented with WLP833- it was in the lager box for 5 weeks. Its not quite fully carbed, Simple and tasty. 5.25%.
