This is my iteration of Quiet Storm Stout that I converted to partial mash.  I can still make decent stout!

So, you are happy with how it came out?

Yeah I am. It turned out above average I think. I would T like it to have a but more of a thickness/crwamyness to it if that makes sense.

I think I am going to ditch my false bottom and make a manifold for my round rubbermaid cooler. Or a braid, can't decide.

My first dunkel. Damn, what a nice beer. I kegged it on 11/1 hoping I would be able to lager it for a good 8 weeks but consumption is up and production was down so it's on tap now. Absolutely delicious...

I'm glad I looked through the other dunkel threads here and on AHA and also checked with Denny who always seems to be formulating a good dunkel recipe.  What I brewed is right HERE and it's balanced and smooth with a dark rich color that has a lot of red in it when you hold it up to the light.

Updated pic out of the keg. Nice creamy head that holds real nice and laces the glass perfectly. So happy with this beer!

Very nice. I kicked my keg of coffee oatmeal stout a few days ago and this pic has me missing it already.

Looks nice. Is this the first beer you made in awhile? Very good looking beer. Welcome back to brewing!
