I would hit it!  If I remember this batch was a yeast test between L17 and 2308.  Do you still prefer the L17 version.

 

Yes, you're right.   I thought I'd drink this one first and let the L17 lager a bit longer.   Now that the yeast has cleared more from the 2308, it's much improved.

Belgium Grisette. did a 10 gallon batch of it a while back, and this is from the 2nd keg. time has been kind to this lil beer. its simple and has a nice, easy flavor. 20200305-104339.jpg

Honey Malt Lager came out wonderful. 12# total, 1/2# honey malt, the rest Pilsner. It’s a little sweet but wouldn’t deter the average Brews Bro from having a few. I’d prolly go with 6 ounces next time. Cheers

18.3% wheat

6.3% oats

2.7% acidulated

 

60-Sterling 14 AAU

5- Sterling 5.5 AAU

0-steeped for 15 minutes @ knock out- Mt Hood 1.5 oz

I will take a liter of that but my 7yr old wants the car... He loves orange. I have Bayern ready to go next week. Still wrestling with to make. A New Zealand pilsner with Nelson sauvin is top right now.
